Who will I be working with if I engage your team?

You will be working with a team comprised of an Account Executive, SEO consultant, SEO writers, and a backlink specialist.

How does your pricing work? How much does your SEO service cost?

The cost is broken into three categories: consulting fee, content budget, and backlink budget. Only the management fee is fixed. The content and backlink budget are estimated on a project-by-project basis. Moreover, these two budgets are controlled by the client (you) and can be scaled up and down as needed. On average our SEO packages range from $3-8k per month.

How long are your engagements?

Typically our ongoing SEO consultancy engagements run for 6-12 months. This time is needed to build a strategy, content, and backlinks to your site. We also take on one-off projects like website migrations or SEO audits in which timelines vary depending on the project.

What can I expect in terms of outcomes?

You can reference our Success Stories above for exact numbers, but typically we try to improve your organic traffic by 20% month over month, although with our unique SEO service, you get to decide how fast or slow we move. You see success in SEO is largely due to two parts: how much high-quality content you produce and how many quality backlinks you build. The pace is largely in your control because with a bigger content and backlink budget we can achieve more, faster.

What is the SEO audit and do I pay for it separately?

The SEO audit is a 30-40 hour deep-dive discovery of the SEO landscape in your niche. The purpose of this audit is to highlight any issues with the current site, and aid in the discovery of new opportunities to perform better against your competitors. A complete audit comes with your SEO plan but can also be purchased separately.

How do you build links?

We mainly focus on guest posting and link insertions on websites that a) linking to your competitors but not you, b) are relevant to your website, c) have a high authority score, and d) are not spammy. We handle the prospecting, outreach, negotiating, guest post creation, closing, and keeping you updated on the links we build.
